Eric Johnson

As someone who was born and raised in Central New York, there is no where else I would rather live, and no other community I would rather serve. I’ve worked in the mortgage industry for nearly two decades, and I’m still as passionate about this career as the day I started. If I had to describe my loan originator philosophy, it would be that every transaction is different, and therefore each requires the same amount of attention and dedication as the one before it. I take the necessary time to work with my customers to figure out their specific needs, and then structure their financing accordingly. I think what helps me to stand out from other loan originators is that I’m passionate, and I think outside of the box. I don’t shy away from the harder scenarios, because everyone deserves to be able to achieve the dream of homeownership. I’m newer to Homestead, and excited to work with them because of the new tools and resources that they provide us. Having the newest tools and technology allows me to provide my borrowers with a one of a kind mortgage experience. And at the end of the day, my customer’s satisfaction is the most important thing. When I’m not busy going above and beyond for my customers, you’ll find me enjoying various outdoor activities with my family and friends. But, I’m never far from my phone, so please give me a call.
