Katya Marini is a veteran loan officer with over 25 years of mortgage banking experience in the Greater Springfield area. Katya graduated with a Bachelor’s in Marketing from Elms College and earned her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. She has extensive experience in loan origination, processing, and underwriting, and has led a team of loan officers as a Vice-President of a local bank.

Katya has helped hundreds of home buyers and won multiple sales awards. She frequently teaches first-time homebuyer classes and speaks fluent Russian. Katya loves being able to assist people with mortgage financing as she knows it can be a confusing and emotional process for many people. Her extensive home financing experience allows her to help a wide variety of clients including first-time home buyers, veterans, and even those in unusual financial situations.
