With 9 years’ experience in the mortgage industry and nearly 3 years’ experience as a closing coordinator, Melissa combines her professional expertise with compassion and understanding. She aims to educate her borrowers, ensuring they feel informed and empowered during every step of the process.

For Melissa, the best part of being a Loan Originator lies in the opportunity to help individuals and families achieve their dreams of homeownership. She especially loves working with first-time homebuyers, whether they are just starting their careers or planning for retirement. Melissa was raised in the Syracuse area, where she lives now. When she isn’t working or serving on the Board of Directors for Toomey Residential and Community Services, she and her family can often be found spending time outdoors.
