I have been with Homestead Funding Corp since May of 2013. The organization has provided me with growth opportunities and advancement, while allowing me a superb work life balance. One could not ask for a better employer.

Homestead is a very understanding company, and they realize that their employees have things going on outside of work and are sensitive to their needs. I have a unique situation where I needed to take an extended leave of absence.  I feel that many other employers would not have been as gracious as Homestead and I am lucky to be a part of the team at Homestead!    

The people at Homestead are welcoming and supportive. They go above and beyond to be there for you and make you feel valued.  I love working for Homestead because we have a fun time and you truly feel like you’re a part of a great team.

Working for Homestead I’ve always felt a sense of “family” every time I’d come into the office. It’s not every day you can walk into work and feel at home, and that’s something I admire about working here. Between the work-life balance, the professional and personal support, and the genuine people who work here, I couldn’t ask for a better place to be.
