Homestead Funding's 2024: A Year in Review

As the Holidays draw near and we begin to think about the year ahead, we’re also reflecting on the moments that pushed us forward in 2024. From new branches and Loan Originators to product expansions and events outside the office, the Homestead Funding team continued to uphold their main goal: providing excellent customer service for our borrowers.

Gathering and Growing Together

Our additions to our management and executive teams align with our company’s mission to creating loan programs and efficient processes for our borrowers.  Along with our new Director of Business Strategy, we created two new roles: Pittsburgh, PA Area Sales Manager and Non-QM Analyst.

Uplifting Our Local Communities

Our Helping Hands were busy again this year! Along with sponsoring the Special Olympics 2024 State Fall Games and our annual Toys for Tots toy drive, we participated in 5 major events as an organization.

Program Expansions

We continued to diversify our loan programs this year, ensuring we meet the needs of our borrowers in a way that works best for them. Our offerings now include a Conventional VA program, a Medical Professionals/Attorney program, and an enhanced suite of non-QM loans. Innovation and Solutions

Our annual Sales Summit never disappoints! We assembled the entire Homestead Funding Sales Team for an impactful day of presentations and hands-on peer collaboration. All that attended left with tools that continue to help us evolve through ever changing market conditions.

New Additions to the Sales Team and Branch Locations

We are committed to continuing to help our communities access new home financing opportunities. To support this mission, 14 new Loan Originators joined our team. We also opened 3 new branches and relocated others to support our expanding teams.
